Mark Rittman Rittman Mead
Mark Rittman is an Oracle ACE Director, and is Chief Technical Officer for Rittman Mead, an Oracle-centric data and analytics consultancy with offices in the UK, Belgium, USA, South Africa, India and Australia. Mark has worked with Oracle BI, DW and database technologies since the late 1990's.
He writes a regular column for Oracle Magazine and is author of the Oracle Press book "Oracle Business Intelligence Developers Guide".
More recently, Mark has been working with Hadoop and NoSQL technologies for a number of clients in Europe, and lead's Rittman Mead's partnership with Cloudera, bringing Rittman Mead's experience with Oracle technologies to the worlds of big data and Hadoop.
Mark is also a past board member for ODTUG, speaks regularly at user group meetings in Europe and the USA, maintains a blog at http://www.rittmanmead.com/blog and is past editor of Oracle Scene, the UK Oracle User Group members' magazine.
