Impact of globalization is growing as well as necessity to manage key processes that have impact on companies, their brands and business results.
Increased number of interested parties expectations like regulatory bodies, customers, employees, business partners, wider public puts additional pressure on management of companies to directly manage actions towards the fulfillment of these and at the same time achieve stable growth. The most commonly used tools for management of processes are international standards. In IT industry they define a set of processes needed to deliver professional, cost-effective services with risks which are understood and managed.
