Using Oracle SW / HW solutions through Oracle Cloud is already strongly present in Western economies and it is getting closer even for us.
In this lecture we want to show how does Oracle Support model and associated processes looks like in such a way of using Oracle solutions, which are the most frequently asked questions of the existing users in the domain of security, customization and control solutions. Having in mind that we are close to this year's Oracle Open World in San Francisco, we will try to give you all new information’s that will be presented there too.

Davor Radić graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in 1992 and later completed a Postgraduate scientific studies in IT management at Faculty of Economics and Business.
