The lecture will introduce the main technical features of Oracle's Platinum and business benefits for users as well as the first experience from user community. It will be discussed how to set Oracle Platinum system and the proactive and reactive functionality that allows.

Slavko Rožič, author
Slavko Rožič graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He worked at Iskra Delta and Adria Airways, where he began to use Oracle software, and then joined Oracle in 1994 as a Presales specialist.
