A year after Oracle Database 12c has become generally available, a new version came out (12.1.0.2).
This session will focus on the most interesting capabilities of Database 12.1.0.2 (including Oracle Database In-Memory), and point out some interesting new features and enhancements of prior Oracle Database 12c release (including: partitioning, sql, temporary undo, top n queries, indexes, etc.).
Oracle Database In-Memory is a brand new capability of Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 that enables data to be stored in RAM memory, with possibility to store data in dual format - either row based (for OLTP queries) or column based (for analytic queries).
The conference is organized by the Croatian Association of Oracle users. More about the association can be found at Hroug.hr.
