The National School of Public Administration was established by the Croatian Government in order to provide quality vocational training to all civil servants. Since its foundation in 2010 it records a steady growth in the business activity volume.
The constantly growing range of specific educational programs and their holding frequency place ever more demands organization thereby creating the need for the information system.
This presentation will show a solution that includes resource coordination, planning and implementation of educational programs as well as the organizing of civil servants who attend different courses. We will also look at the system's development and implementation based on Oracle/JAVA and open source technologies.
