Address register is a base for data integration of geo-positioned network elements as well as relevant data about consumers. It also provides a base for the response on frequently asked question: how, by the quick inquiry, to reach total load of substation based on measurements of consumers.
A solution of centralized maintenance of address data was described here, and it was shown the treatment of data integration about addresses from various subsystems (Network control, Commercial, Planning, GIS) and propagation of changes.
As a result, we have integrated, time-dependent and convergent data base of addresses, for the support in process of decision making, for quick and quality analysis, as well as for following losses and loads on network.
