Dubravko Miljković HEP
Dubravko Miljkovic holds Dipl. Ing., Mr. Sc. and Dr. Sc. degree from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Zagreb, Croatia.
He has spent 14 months specializing speech recognition at University of Cambridge, UK. After return from UK, he was employed in Croatian Measurement Society and private company. At present he is with Hrvatska elektroprivreda (Croatian Electricity Company) working on geographically dispersed redundant systems (network load balancing clusters of application servers) using Oracle technology. Dr. Miljkovic is author of about fifty scientific and professional papers. He has attended and contributed at around twenty scientific and professional conferences and is a member of IEEE and AMAC.
